I'm sure by now you've heard something about the amazing technology of 5g.

What can 5G do that's so different from 2G, 3G and 4G? Well, for starters...


Here is an example: If you are downloading a movie that's 3G in size, with 4G on average it takes about 40 min. With 5G, it only takes 30 seconds, long before your popcorn is even done popping.

Oh and not to mention graphic design - let's just call that the essence of Iron man technology! Everyone should have a personal assistant like Jarvis right? Soon there will be hologram calls like in Star Wars with Princess Leia saying, "Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope". No more waiting for a game to download and or the streaming to catch up, it will all be streaming live in real time for a much more realistic, 3-D experience. Talk about merging your imagination and reality together in the most realistic way possible.

Virtual classrooms will be more prevalent where the teacher can see all of the students without them being present in the room.  So, if there happens to be a pandemic going on then the learning can still continue. How convenient.  5G promises an extremely interconnected world. Everything from smartwatches, vehicles, houses, and farms utilize the ultrafast speeds and low delays it offers.


How is This Possible?

In order to accomplish this there has to be a new and different way than what 4G and all of the other "G's" before could do. With as little coverage gaps as possible—it’s required to have a huge number of 5G towers (called small cells), particularly in areas that demand lots of traffic like big cities and business districts.


Why are the Small Cells Ubiquitous or Everywhere?

For the first time, 5G will employ millimeter waves.  This is in addition to microwaves that have been in use for older cellular technologies, 2G through 4G which will continue to be used. Given limited reach, 5G will require cell antennas every 100 to 200 meters. The further these waves reach, the less effective they are. Hence the need for all of these small cells. However, because the millimeter waves are made incredibly efficient with small cells so close together, they vibrate at a whole new intense frequency than ever before known by man or beast. These millimeter waves might pose a bit of a hazard considering the fact that us humans and our environment have never been exposed to such high levels of radiation on a continual basis, without a break before.

Yes, I said Radiation, Radio Frequency Radiation (RFR) to Be Exact

But it's never seemed to have been a big deal before. The frequencies that we were exposed to before 5G were already questionable. But now with 5G, it's time to take a closer look.

-While 4G’s wavelengths travel along the surface of the skin, 5G’s millimeter waves are more like an unwanted tick who's burrowed it's way past the first few layers of your skin.

-When millimeter wavelengths (MMW) are emitted, our skin will automatically absorb them.  This will naturally cause the skin to not only rise in temperature but our insides will start to be affected also and not for the better.  This is caused not only by RFR but also by Electromagnetic Radiation. We're getting a double dose thanks to how 5G is set up.


Some people argue that since millimeter waves are so short, even if they do penetrate the body a little bit, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.  It's not really until they start affecting nerve endings near the surface of the skin, all over the body. It's not just the millimeter waves that are raising red flags with scientists.  It's a combination of the millimeter waves and the Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF) and the Radiofrequency Radiation (RFR) that is drawing more attention.  

It's like that concept of putting a frog in a pot of water on the stove.  At first he's quite comfortable.  As you gradually turn up that heat he might not notice anything different but the boiling water does tend to alter his DNA to our liking. As a general population we found nothing wrong with using 1G, then 2G-3G, 4G had cancer on the rise, now there is 5G and do we notice any strong adverse effects in general?  Maybe not at first. This is such a new thing that the data is still somewhat insufficient enough that no big conclusions have been made as a whole yet. There have been hundreds of smaller studies that have come to very similar conclusions.  We might acquire more ailments and simply not think to link them with 5G being the cause. But more and more scientists around the world are starting to look into this more closely.

In March of this year (2020) there was a briefing by the European Parliment saying that their research was 2 decades old. They recognized that it was time for studies to be updated for the effects of 5G radiation on humans. In May of this year (2020) there was an article published in ScienceDirect that talked about the Adverse Health Effects of 5G. To add to this more than 240 scientists have come forward and signed the International EMF scientist appeal.

In it they state the following:

“Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life.”

Ok, we've identified an issue, which is a pretty big one, so what do we do about it?

We'll we can't run and hide from 5G.  


We don't have to roll over and take it like a bunch of Guinea Pigs in a lab either.  Instead we can create some positive habits and personal protections that will help in decreasing the effects of the RFR (Radio Frequency Radiation) and EMF (Electromagnetic Fields) constantly surrounding our bodies.

Here are some ideas:

-Give your body a break!  Keep all electronic devices OUT of your bedroom when you sleep at night. Remember the further away your devices that "talk" to the small cells are from your body, the weaker the frequency gets.

-Purchase a EMF Shield for your cell phone or device.  This is a little round looking sticker that you place on the back of your cell phone.  It harnesses a lot of the EMF field that your phone attracts when you use it and keeps those intense waves from radiating into you!

-Use a hands free headset connected to your cell phone when making or receiving calls.  This will keep EMF away from your head just a bit better helping to eliminate unnecessary tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or headaches.

-Get a natural supplement that has been created with the intent of building up natural immunity to EMF. These type of supplements are tricky to find on the market because EMF and 5G are fairly new concepts.
